Yesterday we had a quick getaway with our friends. Shari's ex-husband offered to let us stay the night at the hotel he runs. It is not even out of town, but we all figured it would be a fun night for the kids and would give Shari and I a chance to catch up. Shari and I have been friends for about 20 years now and our kids have been friends since birth so it is always a good time for all.
The boys had tons of fun in the pool and occasionally tormenting their little sisters.
